I recently used Safelite Auto Glass to replace the windshield on my truck. The technician arrived at my house on time and installed my windshield in less than an hour. He also explained everything very thoroughly. I really appreciated how easy and how fast I was able to get an appointment. I was also pleased with the customer service representatives at the Ramsey street location. I highly recommend Safelite for auto glass repairs and replacement.

​If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. ​I originally called Safelite out to perform minor chip repairs on two of my cars (a BMW and a Hyundai). The technician arrived and immediately cracked the BMW’s windshield while trying to fix the chip. A couple of weeks later the same tech worked on the Hyundai, assured me the repair was successful, and said the windshield was secure. A few days later, a huge crack spread across the entire Hyundai windshield. ​It gets worse. I set an appointment to replace the Hyundai’s windshield on Saturday morning, dropping the car off before 8:00 AM. I was told it would be ready before closing. Their official hours listed online said they closed at 12:00 PM, so I called at 11:00 AM for an update. The staff member apologized for the "misinformation on the website," claimed they actually closed at 5:00 PM, and promised the car would be ready by then. ​At 4:50 PM—ten minutes before closing—a tech called to say their system went down and they couldn't perform the sensor/camera calibration, but promised to do it first thing Monday morning. ​I showed up Monday at 9:30 AM to pick up my car, only to be hit with yet

I have used Safelite for window repair three separate times now, and every experience we have had has been outstanding. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They communicated well with us and fixed our issues in a timely manner. The whole overall experience from navigating their website to the work being completed was very positive, and made our hectic lives easier. Safelite even takes care of filing your insurance claim for you, which we found to be very helpful. We would highly recommend Safelite for all your windshield repair needs!!

Had tech come and do a home service replacement for a cracked windshield on my sons car who’s in college today 2/23/2026 I’ll let the photos speak for themselves ! Highly do not recommend Ramsey st Fayetteville safelite. I think my 6 year old autistic niece coulda done a better job . I have a video of wind gushing in but can’t up load it .

Great work! My son was asking the Tech a thousand questions and he answered them all . Great customer service. I had some ditch lights on the truck and he let me know I needed them off for him to do his work. It only took a couple seconds to loosen the lights and move them out of the way. He let me know what I needed to do and was very patient with my son and I.
